A new look on the website

Revamped website from vanilla HTML, CSS, JS to a Python web framework Django

Finally, after configuring my server and creating the skeleton for my newly revamped website, here it is. The old resume website have been moved to Devfolio instead. As you can see, there are nothing much here at the moment as I try to add more features on the website. But this will do for now.
